1 lb pork sausage
1/4 C plus 2 T flour
3 3/4 C milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

bake biscuits and while baking
cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat
stir in flour until well combined
gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened and
comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 more minutes
season with salt and pepper to taste


split biscuits and top with gravy
