Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 smaller heads of cabbage
2 1/2 lean ground pork
3/4 cup of cooked rice
1 or 2 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 cans of tomato soup
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cans of beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Core the cabbage and put in boiling water. Pull off leaves as they start to come apart. Don’t over boil. Leaves just need to be pliable.
Line the bottom of a large pot(I use an instapot) with the outer leaves.
Mix the ground pork, rice and eggs, salt and pepper. ( I add some thyme and some onion flakes) spoon a tablespoon or a little more in each of the par boiled cabbage leaves and roll. Putting seam side down start to layer in your pot. Mix the cans of tomato soup with water or beef broth and the sugar and vinegar to taste. Pour over stuffed cabbage and cook either in the pot on the stove or they could be baked covered in the oven. I like the pressure of the instapot for about 30 minutes or less.

Pa Pa liked these almost every week! They can keep a few days covered tightly in the frig but don’t freeze.
