1/2 softened butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar white
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 bag of Reese’s mini peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Add the flour and baking soda. Roll dough into small balls and place in ungreased mini muffin tins . Bake in 350º oven for 8 minutes ( look for cracks in the top). Immediately press unwrapped peanut butter cups into the center of and cool 10 minutes in the pan. Then gently remove and continue to cool on a rack.
