The crust
1/4 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Filling
8 ounces of cream cheese
3/4 cup sifted powder sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crust ingredients and press into a pie plate. Bake in 400º oven for 15 minutes
To make the pie filling blend the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and fold in whipped cream. After pie crust has cooled spoon in the filling and refrigerate. Serve with fresh or frozen raspberries.
