Ingredients:  
1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 can of crushed pineapple
5 slices of bread cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple and gently fold in bread crumbs. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Very good with baked ham.
