8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Dash of red pepper
1 10 1/2 ounce can of minced clams ,drained but reserve juice

With a mixer, mix the cream cheese and sour cream. I add some of the clam liquid. Don’t add too much just the right amount for a dip. Add the rest of ingredients and fold in the minced clams last. If the consistency is too runny add more cream cheese.
