1 part sugar
1part water
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Hersey chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar to make sugar syrup
Mix the peanut butter and Hersey syrup. Start adding simple syrup until you have the consistency that you like to pour over ice cream for a sundae.

Lee’s Soda Shop on 9th street in Stroudsburg had the best hand dipped Bryer’s ice cream and sundaes. Pop Pop Sullivan would pick up peanut butter sundaes and he would surprise us while we would all be watching Dallas at their house!
