Baby Pea Salad Recipe

1-17 oz can baby green peas, drained
1-17 oz can white shoe peg corn, drained
1-15 1/2 oz can french style cut green beans, drained
1-2 oz jar chopped pimentos
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c to 1 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green bell pepper

1 c sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 c vegetable oil

Combine dressing ingredients in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stir occassionally until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Pour over vegetables and toss. Best if chilled over night
***can add other veggies too; black olives, red bell pepper, mushrooms.....whatever you prefer.
