2 cups of butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 cups of cake flour
9 eggs, room temperature
1 ounce bottle of pure lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar until mixture turns almost white color. Add cake flour, 1 cup at a time, alternating with 3 eggs at a time. Add lemon extract. Place in cold oven. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
