Personal Notes:
This family recipe was a highly guarded secret and was never shared with any member of the immediate family by Mama Parkerson. However, Mama Parkerson did share it with Charlie Gray, a long time friend and once employee of the Parkersons. After her death, Charlie was kind enough to share this recipe with the family.

Tommy's job during the process was to wash out all the ketchup bottles, so they could be reused. The recycled bottles were used for the bbq sauce. Family and friends always loved getting Mama Parkerson's bbq sauce as a gift from her.

Chad has made this sauce before, I'm not sure it is the identical recipe, but it taste just like Mama Parkerson's.
