2 lbs sirloin, Ribeye, porterhouse or chicken- cut into bite-size cubes
1/3 cup beef broth
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons butter
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions:

1. Season the meat cubes with salt, pepper, onion powder and brown sugar. Marinate at least 1 hour.
2. In a large deep skillet, heat the olive oil to very hot over high heat. Drop bytes into the hot skillet in a single layer.
3. Cook the bites for roughly 3 minutes, stiring until cooked to your liking.
4. Remove from heat and add in garlic, parsley, butter and broth. Return to the stove on low heat, stirring for about 4 minutes.
Serve hot!
