1 package Snickerdoodle cookie mix
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 21oz. can apple or other pie filling
2 tsp cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray an 8" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix together cookie mix, butter, and egg.
3. Place half the dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle dough with 1 tsp of cinnamon sugar.
4. Spread apple pie filling over the dough; add remaining cookie mix in small spoonfuls across the top.
5. Sprinkle with the second tsp of cinnamon sugar. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Optional: Top with Ice cream and Enjoy!
