▢½ cup peanut butter
▢ ¼ cup soy sauce
▢ 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar - or lime juice
▢ 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
▢ 2 Tablespoons chili garlic sauce
▢ 1 ½ Tablespoons agave
▢ ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
▢ ⅓ cup hot water
▢ ⅛ teaspoon Thai chili pepper flakes - optional for spice

Add all the ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency, add more hot water a tablespoon at a time. Serve as a spring roll dipping sauce, peanut noodle sauce, or alongside satay.
