Lady fingers
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups marcarpone cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cold espresso
1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liquer
2 tsp cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a metal bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, and sugar over boiling water approx. 10 minutes or until light yellow color. Cool.

In a separate bowl, combine cheeses and vanilla. Add cooled custard to this bowl and combine.

On a plate, combine espresso and coffee liquer.

Dip lady fingers on liquid on the plate and layer. (top will be dry)

Spread half of mixture on top. repeat. Sprinkle cocoa powder.
