1 can of tomato juice
3 cans of tomato paste
1 tomato paste can of a red wine
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 handful of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
3 pork chops browned or
1 pound of Italian sweet sausage, browned
3 cloves of garlic, chopped

Brown meat in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours , stirring occasionally.

Pa Pa Sto would always make this sauce with spaghetti for our annual Halloween talent show for all the grandchildren. I believe he got this recipe from Phill Thomas’s Italian mother in Troop, PA.
