Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
What To Serve with Steak Gorgonzola
Steak gorgonzola is already a satisfying and filling dish because of the creamy fettuccine Alfredo and tender sirloin steak with balsamic glaze. But for additional texture and umami flavor, the entire meal can also be served with sauteed portobello mushrooms.
Simply slice some portobello mushroom caps and sautee them in olive oil with onions before seasoning to taste with parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Alternatively, light salads with rich fettuccine Alfredo and steak will always be delicious.

The freshness of a basic salad with a choice of leafy greens like kale, fresh tomatoes, mangoes, and pecans for some crunch and a light vinaigrette balances the creaminess and meatiness of the copycat dish while also providing some health benefits.
