6 green tomatillos
1 zucchini
1 quarter of an onion
1 green jalapeno (optional)


2 avocados
2 lemons
Head of Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Add a little oil to a pan and fry the tomatillos, zucchini, onion, and jalapeno together until they change color. Turn off the stove, add a cover, and let the ingredients cool off.

When it has cooled down, put into a blender and blend all ingredients. Add 2 avocados, cilantro, salt, and enough water to get the consistency you want.

Finally, add two lemons. Blend again and it's ready to serve.
