"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg Frozen broccoli
1 stick butter
1 (6oz) pkg garlic cheese (I use more)
1 med onion, chopped
1½ cups croutons (not too spicy)
1 can cream of celery soup
(I use to substitute Cheez Whiz with garlic powder if you cant find garlic cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in small amount oil, add broccoli, cook until done. ( I leave it so there's still a crunch to it)
In separate pan, melted butter and add bread croutons,. Slice cheese into discs or cheese in jars I take out by teaspoons, heaping and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.

MAKE LAYERS: ½ of broccoli, ½ cream of celery coup, drop spoonful of cheese and sprinkle garlic powder, next on cheese disks, bread cubes. Repeat.
Bake @ 350ºf for ½ hour. Adjust time and temperature according to oven.
