½ Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1-2 tsp liquid smoke
¼ cup lemon juice
season with salt & pepper(vey little)

Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients and marinate thinly sliced venison for 12 hours

Lay out venison in single layer on cookie sheets
Cook at 150º with door open
