Crock pot
Cooking spray
Pork Shoulder Roast,
Rub mixture: 1/4 c. brown sugar,
1T. Chili powder,
1T. Paprika,
2t. Garlic powder,
2 t. salt,
1 t. Pepper.

4 onions cut in halves,
1t. minced garlic,
Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast into sprayed crock pot. Put rub mixture together and spread over roast. Add onion halves and sprinkle with minced garlic. Cook on low in crock pot at least 6 to 8 hrs until tender. Pull apart and put on bun.
