1 c. oatmeal
2 c. boiling water
3 T. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 T. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast softened in 1/3 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first three ingredients and let cool until lukewarm. Add sugars, salt and yeast mixture. Add and knead in flour. Let rise and then form into dinner rolls. Let rise again and bake 20-30 minutes at 350º.
