1/2 c. Unsalted Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 t. Kosher Salt
1/4 t. Black Pepper
2 c. Milk
2 c. Grated Parm. Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a large dutch oven on medium heat, whisk together the butter, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Whisk in the parm cheese and cook for 3 - 4 min. until thick. Pour over cooked fettuccini.
