3 c. peeled and cubed Russet Potatoes, boiled until soft and mushy
1 lb. Smoked Sausage, thinly sliced
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
2 c. Milk
Green peppers
Onions
Cheddar Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º. Dice peppers and onions. Mix with potatoes, sausage, butter, flour and milk. Spray baking dish and add mixture. Bake until done.
