1 cup butter, creamed
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups of nuts chopped( optional)
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and nuts and mix. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º oven for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.

Kimara and Dana’s favorite cookie. I find if instead of just chopping the nuts you grind them in Cuisinart they add great flavor and moisture to the cookie.
