16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces Muenster cheese, diced
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 pound salted butter
1 pound phyllo dough
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Cut phyllo sheets into three strips. Butter each sheet and put 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture, folding over and making sure all sides are covered, until you finish the triangle. Place on a buttered baking sheet and continue until you finish all the dough. Bake in a 375º oven for about 30 minutes

Kimara used to make these appetizers for our family Christmas dinners at our Fernwood house. They can be made in a 9” x 13” pan and then cut into squares instead of making triangles.
