1 1/4 cups of sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 T instant coffee
5 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, instant coffee, and cream in a small but deep heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer one minute without stirring. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir to blend. Stir in butter and vanilla. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Beat until thick and creamy. Ready now to ice the Killer Chocolate Fudge Cake!
