Personal Notes:
This falls under the “don’t knock it till you try it” category! Before we went to Hawaii I saw this was a popular dish there and wanted to try it on our trip. It sounded very strange, but people said it was good, so I thought I would give it a shot. It turns out I really enjoy it! David likes it too, and it is an easy and inexpensive meal to make.
