Breadsticks
1 1/2 tbs yeast
2 1/4 c warm/hot water
3 tbs sugar
3/4 tsp salt
5 1/4-6 c flour

Spread
1/4 c softened butter
1/4 parmesan cheese
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp parsley

Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2-3 c flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm/hot water and mix. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Let rise for 10 minutes.

Grease cookie sheet. Roll dough out onto sheet and cut in half length wise with pizza cutter or sharp knife. Score dough every 2 inches in width. Cover dough with spread and let rise until doubled. (about 1 hour)

Cover with a dusting of garlic powder.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Breadsticks are best fresh out of the oven.
