Three 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 whole eggs
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Cream three 8 oz packages cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.

Add 5 eggs and 1-1/2 tsp vanilla.

Line paper cupcake holders 2/3 full.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Cool in pan out of oven 5 minutes. Center of cupcake should fall in.

Fill with mixture of 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla.

Spoon topping into hole. Dab center with1/4 tsp jelly (any kind)

Return to oven for 5 minutes
