Banana Cream Pie Recipe

3/4 cup hot milk
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 bananas
1 tbs butter
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbs sugar
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk in double boiler

Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg yolks and flour, add to milk and cook until thick.

Stir constantly.

Peel and scrape the bananas.

Have pastry shell ready

Spread with layer cream, layer bananas.

Whip the egg whites with 2 tbs sugar until dry. Add vanilla. Brown in oven
