1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup club soda
1 package instant pistachio pudding

Frosting:
1 9 oz Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 package instant pistachio pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together 4 minutes with electric mixer

Bake 35-40 minutes in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees

Frost with Watergate Frosting

Frosting: Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Frost cooled cake. Refrigerate cake.
