1 can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Beat cream gradually adding sugar until soft peaks form

Stir in vanilla and fold in fruits and coconut.

Chill in refrigerator
