Broccoli:
8 oz florets, bite size about 3 c
1 T olive oil
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t pepper

Shrimp:
1/4 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
2 t sambal or 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
2 med garlic cloves, mince
1 lb lg or jumbo raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1 t cornstarch
Cooked white rice for serving
2 T scallions slice thin
1/2 to 1 t toasted sesame seeds for serving

Oven 425º rack on center shelf.
Toss broccoli with oil, S & P and spread on sheet pan. Cook 12 min
Prepare shrimp. Liq measure cup whisk honey, soy sauce, sambal, garlic. Mix with shrimp.
Turn broccoli and add shrimp for 8-12 min until shrimp is opaque.
Cornstarch small saucepan. Whisk in few T marinade til smooth, then whisk rest of marinade. Cook over med heat whisk freq until thickened about 5 min. If too thick can add a bit of water.
Serve shrimp and broccoli over rice or favorite grain. Top with sauce and sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
