1 box yellow cake mix
1 package instant pineapple pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup oil
10 ounces of 7-up

Frosting:
2 small cans crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1½ cups sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
2 eggs
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cake:
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil together in a large bowl. Mix in 7-up. Bake in 3 layer pans until toothpick comes out clean. Place cake layers on racks until cool. Frost between layers with cooked frosting and on top. This cake is very moist.
Frosting:
In medium sized saucepan melt butter add sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs, pineapple, and coconut. Cook until thickened. Cool.
