5-6 oz tomato paste
4 c beef broth
2 lbs ground beef
1 lg onion diced
4 cloves garlic chopped
3 T chili powder such as ancho
1 T cumin and coriander ground
1-2 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/4 t cloves
1/8 t cayenne
1 T paprika
1-2 t cocoa powder
1 bay leaf
2 T Worcestershire
1 T ACV
1 T brown sugar
S & P

Serve with spaghetti, red beans, cheddar cheese, onions.

Mix tomato paste into broth lg saucepan over med heat. Add ground beef and break it apart.
Add onion, garlic, spices, Worcestershire, vinegar, brown sugar and mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Best to make ahead refrigerate then skim off fat.
Add S & P to taste

Can us 1 pkg Cincinnati Chili Spice

Can use slow cooker to saute aromatics then the beef. Then rest of ingredients to slow cooker 8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Adjust salt and pepper.
