2 cups flour
2/3 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
2 sticks oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix as for pie crust
Make 6 balls
Cover with wax paper
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
Roll out each ball as if for a pie
Put filling on and cut
Roll from outside in
Brush each one with egg white that had been slightly beaten
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
