Walnut Filling:
1 lb ground walnuts
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine (melted)

Sweet Dough:
1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup warm milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs (beaten)
3 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted margarine

Filling:
Put sugars, margarine, warm milk, nuts and egg yolks until warm
Beat egg white until stiff
Fold into nut mixture

Dough:
Activate yeast by placing yeast in warm water and allowing to sit for 15 minutes
Add milk, sugar, eggs, and 1 cup flour to yeast
Beat until smooth
Add 2 cups flour
Stir in melted margarine
Beat until smooth
Add remaining flour
Add additional flour as needed.
Raise dough for 1 hour
Punch down dough
Raise dough again for 1 hour
Divide into 3 or 4 balls

Combine:
Roll out ball of dough into thin rectangle
Spread filling into dough.
Roll dough long ways
Place in greased potica pans
Bake at 350º until golden brown
