1 box light brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and mix well (will look crumbly). Set aside 3/4 c. of this mixture. To rest of mixture, add soda, spices and eggs. Mix well and stir in milk lightly. Bake in 9 x 13 well greased and floured dish. Pour 3/4 mixture over top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Put Kool Whip or whip cream on top.
