6 medium to large potatoes
2/3 c butter
2/3 cup flour
6 c milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 green onions, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes, Bake at 400 for approximately 1 hour. Check after 45 min
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the pulp. Set aside
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Add flour stirring until smooth. Cook aprox. 1 min, stirring constantly. Gradually add 6 c milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly and think. Add potato pulp, salt pepper, 2Tonion, 1/2 c bacon, and 1 c of cheese. Add extra milk if needed for the desired thickness. Add green onion, bacon, and cheese to the top of each bowl.
