3/4 cup rice
2 cups milk
2 tbsp margarine
pinch of salt
1 qt hot water
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice, milk, water, salt and margarine for 45 minutes stirring frequently.
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Take 1 cup hot rice mixture with egg mixture
Then add to the whole pot
