3 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups shredder zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together into a bowl
In large bowl beat oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and buttermilk
Add zucchini
Mix until well blended
Add chips and nuts
Pour on greased and floured 10 X 15 or 11 X 15 pan
Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes
