2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups shredded zucchini

Frosting:
1/2 stick oleo
3 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powder sugar

Directions:

Grease 17 X 11 inch jelly roll pan
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla
Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Add flour gradually
Stir in zucchini
Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes

Beat cheese, vanilla, and margarine until smooth.
Add powdered sugar

Spread on cooled bars
