pasta angel hair or linguini
4 lemons
1 1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
1 oz parmesan cheese
1 sugar
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Zest the 4 lemons in large pieces, divide. In a pot of boiling water, add half the lemon peel 1 1/2 t salt and 1 t sugar. Remove peels after 2 minutes in the boiling water, add pasta and cook to al dente. Reserve 1 1/2 c of the liquid.

In a Cuisinart blender, blend almonds and sugar into a thick course sand then add oil.It will still be thick. Add pasta. Add 1/2 of reserved liquid and keep adding to desired consistency and coating pasta add some chopped chives and grated parmesan on top
