1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 cup finely diced onion
1 cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
2 tsp. Weber Burger seasoning
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Using your hands, mush together ground beef and bread crumbs, . Place milk, egg, onion, seasoning and liquid smoke in a blender and puree for 30 seconds. Pour liquid mixture over the meat mixture and using your hands mush and mix together until well combined. Add the meat mixture to a loaf pan. Pat the meat down into an even layer. Bake at 350 º for 55 minutes. Let the meatloaf rest for 8-10 minutes so it doesn't fall apart.


Optional topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbls. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard

Pour sauce on top of meatloaf and spread it into an even layer before baking.
