2 c. Full fat Ice cream (needs to be very soft but not melted)
1½ c. self-rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350ºF or 175ºC. Grease and flour loaf pan.
2) Mix the ice cream and flour together in a bowl just until the flour disappears (you do Not want to over mix it). Pour the ice cream mixture into prepared pan and use a rubber spatula to spread it out evenly.
3) Bake in the preheated oven until the surface of a tooth pick comes out clean about 35 to 40 minutes.
4) Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before slicing it. Enjoy!
