1 # ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans Ranch Style beans (other chili beans work but don't taste the same)
1 t. cumin
2 generous T chili powder
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and brown beef...add onion. Cook till no longer pink. Add spices and tomatoes, beans...taste as chili powder varies in flavor. Simmer gently for an hour or so .
