Pints: ½ tsp coarse salt
Scant ½ tsp vinegar

Quarts: 1 tsp coarse salt
Good ½ tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, stem, and cut beans. For carrots, peel and slice. Fill jars. Add ingredients. Fill till neck with water. Put your boiled lids on and water bath. Quarts for 2 hrs and pints for 75 minutes.
