Bag up: Salmon steaks

In a snack size baggie:
1 part cayenne pepper
3 parts paprika
2 parts kosher salt
2 parts white pepper
4 parts chili powder

drop in the main bag:
whole lemon

Freeze

Thaw in the refrigerator

Pat salmon dry. Cover with olive oil. Add seasonings. Lay on a beg of lemon slices.

Bake 425º 15 minutes per 2/3" thickness of Salmon steaks
