Bag up:
2-3 chicken breasts

bag up: ( in a snack size bag)
1/4 c flour
1/4 t salt & pepper

Bag up:
1 T shallots chopped
1 14 oz can diced tomato
1/4 c dry white wine
1/4 c chicken stock
1/4 c cream
1 t tarragon
1/2 t salt & pepper
1/2 T parsley


1 T butter and 1 t oil - in the frig

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze. Thaw in refrigerator

Dredge Chicken in the flour. Brown it in the 1 T butter, 1t oil lightly. Set aside

Deglaze the pan with the sauce mixture, cook down 5-6 minutes on high heat stirring until thickened.

Put chicken back in sauce and heat through. ( garnish with extra parsley optional)
