Directions:	Directions: Romaine and Bibb lettuce, 50/50 mix… Roaster red peppers… Walnuts, halved… Green and black olives, halved… Tomatoes, halved… Red onion, rough chop… Garbanzo beans, small csn, drained… Celery, chopped on an angle… Crumbled blue cheese… Top salad with shaved Parmesan cheese… Add dressing , toss and serve…
